Designing human-centered experiences through empathy, accessibility, and cognitive insight.
I'm a UX designer with a background in healthcare, specializing in cognition, communication, and assistive technology. My experience gives me a deep understanding of how people think, solve problems, and interact with complex systems—especially in high-stakes environments like clinical care.
In my previous role, I also led cross-functional teams to improve EMR workflows, collaborating with software engineers, front-end developers, data analysts, and clinicians to identify pain points and co-create practical, user-centered solutions. I also bring experience in conducting research—from interviewing participants to synthesizing data into actionable insights that inform design.
This journey has deepened my understanding of the challenges patients, families, and providers face, and it’s what drives my passion for building thoughtful, accessible technology. My shift into UX design reflects a commitment to creating intuitive digital experiences that truly support people—wherever they are in their healthcare journey.
